Salesman, Isaiah kept my husband at the dealership all day (even made him late for work) to ensure that the deal was completed financially, but then told my husband at 4:30 pm that the car will NOT be ready that day. He expected my husband to drive down again (50 miles one way) the next day to get the car. When my husband expressed his disappointment that the car wasn’t ready and that he felt that someone from the dealership needed to bring the car to us. Isaiah told us this couldn’t happen. Then we told him we would be forced to cancel the deal. The salesman Isaiah became belligerent and said to my husband “I️ don’t know what kind of problems you have there but we don’t do that here!” Isaiah continued to be rude and unprofessional. Later a manager called and said they going to “try” to accommodate our request but we would have to “ play it by ear”. When. I️ spoke about Isaiah’s behavior, it appeared that manager was defending Isaiah. He told us that orhwr customers love Isaiah. The Manager didn’t seem bothered by our complaint. In the end, the truck was delivered to us and we love our new Traverse, but our experience? Not so much! We won’t be recommending them to our family and friends at this point. Hopefully, Hawthorne will do something to change our minds.
Hawthorne Chevrolet is a great dealership. Made the experience of purchasing a car very smooth and convenient. This dealership was very honest by answering all of my questions. Obviously there were doc. fees and sales tax, but other then that there were no other dealership fees. Test drove the vehicle and purchased it the same day. Perfect Experience, thank you Hawthorne Chevrolet. Mr. Michael Keane is the man!

Chose this shop because it was the closest to where my car ended up breaking down. I'm not sure what kind of a show they run, but Kevin the salesman ended up running my credit 3 times. Pulled me the"best deal possible" and then ran me away because I wouldn't give up more cash for the down payment. The service department was giving false information to the insurance agency that delayed my repairs. Would never return for any assistance at this location.
