Disappointing service and advice. Inferior product and focus is on getting your money not what you want.
Our Home Supply designer, the company installers and carpenters, sub trades such as the plumber and tile installer, exceeded our expectations! The trades were very well coordinated and we had no down time with the project being completed on time with very few issues. The quality of the cabinets and other materials, and the expertise of the company carpenters and installers was outstanding. They were master tradesmen, and were also very helpful during the project offering ideas and changes during the installation process, which were appreciated. Should we have any follow up matters, or 'warranty' issues, we are hoping the company is attentive to fixing any problems. This will be the test of an excellent company...after sales service and problem solving! The only issue experienced...the demolition company, a sub trade, treated the property as if it were a construction site, rather a residential home!
Charlie at Home Supply was knowledgable and professional. We did a complete kitchen renovation. The installers were top notch and the work was excellent. There are always items that need to be addressed after an installation and it can be a challenge to get the contractor to finish them, not the case with these guys who promptly came back and finished what needed to be done. Great job!
We hired Home Supply for our complete kitchen renovation after hearing good things about them from others. Our experience, however, was sub-par. In fact, despite having the kitchen installed five weeks ago, we are still waiting to hear back from them after noting two drawer handles in the wrong color, one shelf missing, screw caps missing, and several cabinets scratched/damaged upon delivery. All of these things were noted immediately by us, but five weeks later still no word from Home Supply. We understand things can get damaged during delivery and installation, but it's annoying that nothing seems to be done about fixing these problems. Our only big positive was Mike Figiel who worked very hard (worked late and on weekends and holidays) installing the kitchen.
We have worked with Home Supply twice in the last 10 years once for a renovation and once for a new build. Both times we did a full kitchen and window renovation and we were very impressed with every aspect of the company from design, budget, installation, timing, and follow up. You can always count on them to pay attention even to the smallest detail and make sure that we were satisfied in every way. Would recommend them again most definitely!
