Rented a space at Public Storage and received tremendous service from James! He treated us with respect and made the whole moving process much easier for us.
UPDATE 12/26/17: BEWARE OF THIEVES, When i was preparing to move out I allowed my automatic payment to go through because I couldn't get there before a holiday weekend a few months ago. I was completely moved out when office was closed BEFORE months end, but couldn't meet with the office until after the holiday around the 3rd of the month. They prorate THE MONTH MOVING IN but REFUSE to PRORATE WHEN YOU VACATE, so removed my lock and cancelled on the 3rd and they KEPT the WHOLE MONTH. THIEVES!!!!
I visited here 2x and spoke with Shaquila while I figured out my needs and options. Shaquila helped me both times that week and I rented a unit after my second visit. At least in part due to Shaquila's professional manner and knowledge. thanks! 5 STARS COMING IN, 1 STAR MOVING OUT.
